Frequently Asked Questions

We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. We also accept payment by PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Facebook Pay.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@evilken.shop with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
We aim to process refunds as soon as possible. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at support@evilken.shoip just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via support@evilken.shop, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. Please contact us ASAP!

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you have made an error in your order and would like it changed, please email us IMMEDIATELY at support@evilken.shop. Once we begin fulfilling your order any further changes will not be allowed. Please Contact ASAP!

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. Also use our "Track Your Order Page" at the top and bottom menu.

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account.

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@evilken.shop!

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or you received the wrong item(s), please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via support@evilken.shop with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.
