Our apparel items are made to order. This way, we have less waste, more creativity, and a better world. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the production process.
Free Shipping on Orders over $100 or more in USA and Canada. We make sure the products are of high quality. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All international shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees based on the destination country’s taxes. We have no control over this and are NOT responsible for any of these additional fees and will not provide any compensation for additional fees incurred once your item leaves our warehouse. Please allow additional time for International orders to arrive due to customs delays. If you live in the UK additional fees and custom clearance fees by Royal Mail may apply prior to delivery due to Brexit.

Printed apparel (direct-to-garment)

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, INSIDE OUT on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

Please note that any wrinkled collars shown in the mock-up examples are normal and due to the nature of the fabric and packaging. Rest assured, these wrinkles will smooth out after washing and ironing, ensuring your shirt looks perfect when worn. DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print. Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

All-over printed apparel

All-over printed apparel and fabrics can be machine-washed cold with like colors, without bleach. Don’t dry-clean or tumble-dry the apparel. You can iron it with a low heat setting.

Embroidered hats and beanies

Embroidered hats and beanies can be wiped clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it’s needed. If necessary, hats can be hand-washed cold. Don’t use brushes. Products can’t be machine-washed, bleached, tumble-dried, ironed, or dry-cleaned. Read the manufacturer label carefully for any other instructions.
